On the Reform of Accounting Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Innovative Talents Training Mode

ABSTRACT

In the process of teaching, higher vocational colleges need to focus on the talents needed by the society. Therefore, in the face of the change of society's requirements for accounting talents, higher vocational colleges need to change the previous teaching mode. In order to enable students to apply knowledge to social practice and life, higher vocational accounting teaching must be combined with China's educational system reform and implement scientific and reasonable innovative talent training mode. With the continuous development of science and technology, many forms of financial software have emerged one after another. During this period, many enterprises also put forward higher requirements for accounting talent demand, the simple exam oriented education can not meet the needs of students and society. To promote the quality of higher vocational education, education reform becomes urgent. This paper focuses on how to carry out accounting teaching reform in Higher Vocational Education under the mode of innovative personnel training.
