ABSTRACT

With the development of artificial intelligence technology, unmanned weapons are more and more widely used in the military field. In the process of the use of unmanned weapons, various violations of international law will inevitably occur. However, due to the special characteristics of unmanned weapons, the use of traditional attribution principles to attribute responsibility to the subjects of unmanned weapons use will produce various difficulties. Therefore, this paper proposes the principles of attribution for the internationally wrongful acts of unmanned weapons, taking into account the characteristics of unmanned weapons, in order to be of reference significance for the attribution of international responsibility.
