ABSTRACT

The concept of labor has a positive reaction to college students' labor consciousness and practice. A positive concept of labor can guide college students to establish a sense of being proud of labor and actively participating in labor, and actively participate in the process of labor. In the process of college students' labor education, the elements of ideological education are neglected, which will directly weaken the educational function of labor education. Therefore, universities should take effective teaching measures, integrate ideological and political elements into labor education and apply them innovatively, so as to help students establish correct labor concepts and form good labor habits around the contents of university education. When the ideological and moral cultivation elements are integrated into the labor education of college students, the content, form, environment and ways of college labor education will be re-examined by relevant researchers. At the same time, educational ideas that are more in line with the needs of talent cultivation in the new era will be explored, and the educational role of labor education will be enhanced accordingly.
