Innovation of Student Management Mode in Public Security Colleges Based on Professional Ethics Education

ABSTRACT

With the development of society, higher vocational education is developing vigorously. The quality of its development depends largely on the comprehensive quality of students' management personnel in vocational colleges. As an important part of the comprehensive quality, professional ethics occupies a crucial position in the comprehensive quality. The policing management of public security university is the same origin as the militarization management we are familiar with, but it is different from the militarization management and the policing management of public security organs. It is a product of social progress and national reform, and is a unique student management model that conforms to the characteristics of today's students in public security university. In view of the poor effectiveness of the current professional ethics education, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the professional ethics education of police college students in combination with the characteristics of police work and police college students. Its main contents include giving full play to the leading role of ideological and political theory courses in professional ethics education, the guiding role of counselors in professional ethics education, the edifying role of campus culture in professional ethics education, the promoting role of policing management in professional ethics education and the practical role of public security grass-roots practice in professional ethics education.
