ABSTRACT

Taking the characteristics of taekwondo as the starting point for research, this article analyzes the problems in taekwondo teaching and training in colleges and universities from the aspects of teaching and training equipment, potential safety hazards in teaching and training, teaching methods, emphasis on theoretical knowledge, and professional training level of teachers, and proposes improved methods for taekwondo teaching and training in colleges and universities.
