ABSTRACT

Design is not only a technical science, but also an artistic science, which combines science and technology with artistic aesthetics better. Offering Chinese painting courses in college art design majors can help students better understand and use these materials. Today, with the development of economic times, it is particularly important to carry forward and inherit the traditional culture of China, which should not only be vigorously advocated in all walks of life in society, but also be infiltrated into university teaching. The traditional China's aesthetic thought is based on reality, which combines the external form and internal image of things to express the content that people can easily understand. According to the professional needs of college students, China traditional painting education should be effectively carried out. Chinese painting can guide us not to forget the national tradition, deeply embed the foundation of artistic design in the fertile soil of national art, and make artistic design works full of vitality.
