ABSTRACT

The craftsman spirit integrates the cultural quality, spiritual quality, professional ethics, and political character of the main body. It is an organic unity of tradition and modernity, virtue and skill, value and realization, and a vivid embodiment of the national spirit and the spirit of the times. In the new era, vigorously promoting the craftsman spirit has important guiding and practical value for improving the personality realm of subjective consciousness, recognizing and practicing the Marxist labor and happiness concepts of labor glory, and forming the era trend of advocating the craftsman spirit. Originality flows through the years and never dies. Originality shines through innovation. Originality thrives through spiritual civilization and never dies. As a college student in the new era, we should uphold the spirit of craftsmanship, persevere in our profession, and tirelessly pursue our dreams. Fill our body with the spirit of craftsmanship, be down-to-earth, and have a promising future. This article analyzes and discusses the connotation of “craftsmanship spirit”, summarizes the problems arising from the cultivation of “craftsmanship spirit” among college students in China, and explores and analyzes the innovative ways of “craftsmanship spirit”.
