ABSTRACT
This article primarily investigates new ideas and methods for exploring globalization in higher education. The principal aim is to promote the development of globalization in higher education. The article provides an introduction to the background and significance of the globalization of higher education. It then explores the theoretical foundation of globalized education, including the definition and characteristics of globalized education, as well as the necessity of globalization in higher education. It elaborates in detail on the new ideas and methods for globalizing higher education, which include the construction of curriculum systems, cross-cultural exchanges and cooperation, the integration of multiculturalism, the cultivation of innovative abilities, and the dissemination and sharing of knowledge under a global perspective. Simultaneously, it analyses the challenges faced by globalization in higher education and its countermeasures, and looks forward to future development trends.
