ABSTRACT
In modern society, leisure and entertainment items are becoming important material and spiritual demands for national consumption, and the number of sports events are expanding, bringing about the unique branding effect of events and the rapid development of related sports industry chains. At the same time, the interaction and integration between government, market and society is increasingly more frequent, thus the national public policy of muti-subject collaborative governance on sports events needs to be improved as an inevitable trend. This paper will analyse the problems of the current public policy, and make specific policy recommendations on the macro-regulation and supervision of government, the major role of market participators and the support of social organizations for the public goods and technology, so as to optimize the collaborative governance of sports events, and to ensure more efficient interactions between multiple subjects and the progressive construction of social networks. It is also a way to enhance country's cultural soft power and build up new national economic industrial sectors, and to create distinctive sports events brands, as well as to achieve sustainable developments in various areas.
