ABSTRACT
The integration of party organizations into corporate governance is the requirement of the times for the reform of state-owned enterprises and an inevitable choice for enterprise development. This paper focuses on the corporate governance behavior of mixed reform enterprises, discusses the impact of the integration of party organizations on the effectiveness of corporate governance under mixed reform, and helps to identify the key points and difficulties.
