ABSTRACT
The research aims to find ways to improve the job satisfaction of interns at the Amangiri Hotel in Utah. High job satisfaction is a prerequisite for reducing the turnover rate. This article conducted a questionnaire survey of 10 interns from different departments and countries of the hotel and summarized the common problems that affect their job satisfaction and willingness to leave. It is hoped that solving these problems can improve their job satisfaction and increase their desire to continue working in Amangiri hotel.
