ABSTRACT
The cultivation of innovation capacity is of great significance in the personal growth of university students, the important task of tertiary education and the promotion of technological innovation and social progress. However, in the current tertiary education management, there are some problems that restrict the cultivation of students' innovation capacity. The article will be carried out from the following aspects: firstly, the goal and significance of cultivating university students' innovation capacity are clarified, and the importance of cultivating innovation capacity and the necessity of tertiary education management are given; Secondly, it discusses the role of tertiary education management in cultivating students' innovation capacity; Analyze the problems and constraints in the current tertiary education management; Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide reference for the management of tertiary education. Moreover, this study will also provide new ideas and methods for research in related fields, and promote the continuous improvement of tertiary education management.
