Under the grand blueprint of the the Belt and Road (B&R) initiative, the importance of cross-cultural communication has become increasingly prominent. It is not only a key bridge to enhance mutual understanding and trust among countries along the Belt and Road, but also a cultural bond to promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind. This article delves into the contribution and effectiveness analysis of cross-cultural communication to the construction of cultural soft power from the perspective of B&R.
