ABSTRACT
This paper focuses on the innovative practice of ideological and political education (IPE) in student education management. First, it outlines the current situation and obstacles of student education management, especially the separation between theory and practice and limited educational methods, and emphasizes the importance of IPE to students' all-round development, social stability and the future prospects of the country in the new era. Therefore, this paper establishes its research goal: to explore new ways to integrate ideological and political education into student education management, to solve current problems and to improve education level. A comprehensive multi-dimensional evaluation system, including knowledge acquisition, value formation and behavior performance, aims to evaluate the implementation effect of IPE in this field. Improving the quality of education and promoting the all-round development of students need unremitting innovation. Looking forward to the future, the key point is to deepen the integration of IPE and regular student management, and innovate teaching methods to ensure that education can respond to the ever-developing times and diverse student needs.
