ABSTRACT

In the context of globalization and the increasing integration of information technology, the rapid development of big data technology not only profoundly affects the business model and management decision-making process of enterprises, but also puts forward brand-new requirements for the knowledge structure and competence quality of business administration professionals, the training of business administration professionals, which requires the improvement of the quality of education and highlights the quality output-oriented. Cultivate talents suited to the needs of enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to comprehensively sort out the changes in the demand for business administration talents under the background of big data, and discuss in depth how to optimize the curriculum system, innovate teaching methods, strengthen teachers' strength and deepen school-enterprise cooperation and other multi-dimensional initiatives to reconstruct the talent cultivation system of business administration majors, in order to cultivate composite talents with both data analysis ability and management thinking. This paper further analyzes the practical application scenarios of big data technology in business administration education, including how to improve the quality of teaching with the help of data-driven intelligent teaching management system and personalized learning paths, as well as dynamic assessment of student performance and precise intervention. The development trend of future talent cultivation mode proposes how to meet the urgent demand for high-quality business administration talents in the future society by building a flexible and sustainable talent cultivation system in the context of the era of parallel intelligence and globalization.
