ABSTRACT

Pop Mart is a phenomenon level popular toy, and the reason for its popularity is that there is little in-depth thinking about its entire business model and business logic. By analyzing its business model and marketing strategy, we can better understand Pop Mart's commercial marketing strategy and competitiveness, and also provide better reference for similar companies.
