ABSTRACT

This article aims to discuss the application, influence and challenge of AI (Artificial intelligence) in environmental design, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. In this article, the specific application of AI in the initial stage of environmental design, design creation process and implementation and management stage is deeply studied. In the innovation of environmental design, AI can improve the efficiency and accuracy of environmental design, expand the creative space and promote the diversification of design thinking; It also plays an important role in energy saving, emission reduction and eco-friendly design. However, AI in environmental design also faces technical challenges such as data security and algorithm bias, as well as the impact on environmental design ethics and application limitations. In view of these challenges, this article puts forward some strategies and suggestions, such as strengthening technology research and development, improving laws and regulations, and improving designers' AI literacy. AI has brought unprecedented opportunities for environmental design, but it is also accompanied by a series of problems to be solved. Only through continuous exploration and practice can we give full play to the potential of AI in environmental design and promote the innovative development of environmental design industry.
