ABSTRACT

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee, led by Comrade, has attached great importance to the integrated development of ideological and political courses in primary, secondary, and tertiary education. Moral and legal education, as a crucial component in the overall promotion of the integrated development of ideological and political courses in schools of all levels, represents a significant focus in the research on the reform of ideological and political theory courses in schools in the new era. The research on the integration of moral and legal education into ideological and political courses aligns with the current main directions and content of educational reforms, playing a crucial role in enhancing students' legal literacy, moral qualities, and fostering comprehensive development. Building upon an analysis of the current status and issues related to the integration of moral and legal education into ideological and political courses, this paper attempts to explore innovative strategies for such integration.
