ABSTRACT

English writing is one of the crucial avenues for students to enhance their language and communication skills. Proficient English writing skills not only set students apart in academia and the workplace but also contribute to improving their critical thinking, analytical abilities, self-confidence, and expanding their writing material. However, cultivating students' English writing abilities is not without challenges, and both teachers and students need to overcome a series of obstacles. To address these challenges, certain strategies need to be employed, such as integrating reading and writing, providing writing training, offering precise feedback, delivering personalized guidance, and promoting diversified reading. This article explores the significance and implementation methods of these strategies to help students enhance their English writing skills, thus achieving greater success in their academic and professional endeavors.
