This paper discusses university curriculum reform guided by product-oriented thinking, focusing on developing competencies for high-value organizational positions. Through a literature review and case analysis, the paper proposes an integrative curriculum design model aimed at cultivating students' innovative thinking, teamwork, and practical problem-solving skills to better adapt to future workplace challenges. Active collaboration with industry is regarded as a key factor for the successful implementation of university curriculum reform.
