The advent of the digital era profoundly influences higher education English teaching. This paper explores the significance of integrating technology and fostering a global perspective in this context. By analyzing the application of digital tools in English instruction and the impact of globalization on language learning, we propose a series of innovative educational strategies. These include technology-integrated classroom design, the establishment of online learning platforms, and the emphasis on a global perspective in course content.
