ABSTRACT

The core goal of this article is to deeply explore the value of enterprises' integration into ecological environment protection in business management activities, and to analyze its functions in business strategy, cost control and market competition in detail. On this basis, this article puts forward effective strategies and suggestions to promote the combination of ecological environment protection and enterprise business management. By means of literature review, this article analyzes the opportunities of green business management model in detail, including green products, green services and green supply chain, and discusses the application of environmental protection technology innovation in enterprises and its competitive advantages. It is found that the key way to achieve a win-win situation between economy and environment is to closely combine ecological environmental protection with business management. This article integrates the concept of environmental protection into all aspects of enterprise management, puts forward practical strategies and suggestions, and points out the direction for enterprises to realize green transformation. The conclusion is that the importance of eco-environmental protection in business management will become increasingly prominent, and enterprises should actively respond to environmental protection policies, strengthen environmental management, and promote green transformation.
