ABSTRACT

Now, with the progress of the times, the application of mobile terminals is more and more widespread. When teachers and students increasingly use mobile phones for teaching or learning, mobile education management information systems also appear. According to the actual situation of colleges, an application-oriented college management model based on mobile information technology was proposed. The system analyzed the needs of users in detail from three aspects: student users, teacher users and educational administrators, and adopted a top-down, step-by-step modular design based on the needs of the three users. Finally, a set of mobile education management system was developed, which is centered on timetable inquiry, grade inquiry and grade management, and has been widely used in practice. Although China's higher education management model has made certain progress in recent years, there are still many problems that need to be improved. Therefore, how to improve the management mode of China's applied higher education is of great significance to improve the teaching quality of China's applied higher education. This paper discussed the Chinese higher education management model and the countermeasures for improvement. This paper discussed the current management situation of application-oriented colleges, and analyzed the reasons for its emergence. The experiment showed that the classroom management effect under the traditional information system was relatively poor, and the students were not satisfied with the education management mode under the traditional information system. The classroom management effect under the mobile information system could be as high as 10 points. At the same time, the teaching efficiency was as high as 98%. It can be seen that the higher education teaching management mode based on the mobile information system was more suitable for the development needs of colleges.
