ABSTRACT

The application of the theory of multiple intelligences to the teaching of information technology in primary and secondary schools can create a new teaching thinking and form a new education system in information technology education and teaching, and the application of the theory of multiple intelligences in the classroom can make it more convenient for us to use different teaching methods for students with different intelligence differences, set up different gradient teaching tasks in the classroom, and enrich and develop the classroom teaching of information technology teaching in primary and secondary schools to a large extent, and improve the teaching effect and teaching quality. This paper mainly investigates the application of Multiple Intelligences (MI) theory in IT education in primary and secondary schools. It includes a survey of the current state of IT education in primary and secondary schools, an analysis of existing problems, and the rational application of MI theory to IT education based on these problems. The paper also proposes specific strategies and methods for applying MI theory to IT education.
