With the continuous development of higher education, the role of college student organizations in educating students has become increasingly prominent. As an important carrier of ideological and political education, practical ability training and innovation and entrepreneurship education, student organizations play an irreplaceable role in promoting the all-round development of college students. Based on an in-depth investigation and analysis of college student organizations, this paper explores effective paths to give full play to their educational function, systematically sorts out the deficiencies in the current operation mechanism, resource integration and evaluation system, and puts forward targeted and innovative improvement strategies. The research aims to provide solid theoretical support and practical guidance for better exerting the educational value of student organizations, improving the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities, and promoting the high-quality development of higher education.
