ABSTRACT

In the era of digital technology, the traditional cultivation mode of vocational foreign language talents oriented solely by linguistic competence can no longer meet the demands of digital transformation in foreign-related positions. Post-curriculum alignment has become one of the core directions for promoting the reform of the education system in vocational foreign language majors. Based on the Students' Digital Literacy framework, this study developed a questionnaire and conducted a survey among practitioners in foreign-related positions. Descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance, partial least squares structural equation modelling, and word frequency analysis were comprehensively applied to empirically examine the demand structure and internal mechanism of digital literacy in foreign-related positions. On the basis of the research findings, cultivation paths are proposed to provide empirical evidence and feasible solutions for the digital education reform of vocational foreign language majors.
