With the advent of the Internet information age, people's work and life are more convenient, but the complex information has also caused some negative effects on values. College students are in the period of stereotyped outlook on life and values. In order to achieve all-round education, college English, as a basic compulsory course, should also play the role of classroom education channel, not only impart knowledge and skills, but also cultivate morality and cultivate students' good m moral quality. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current college English teaching and the importance of the ideological and political ideas of the curriculum, and on this basis, explores and discusses the ways to implement the ideological and political ideas of college English curriculum from the aspects of teachers' teaching ideas, school curriculum system, classroom teaching mode, etc.
