ABSTRACT

the talent training of local universities should match with the industrial structure to ensure the effectiveness of talent training.  In order to solve the problem of the mismatch between talent cultivation and industrial structure in some local universities, this paper explores and studies the matching degree between talent cultivation and industrial structure in local universities.
