ABSTRACT

The Marxist theory of the all-round development of man believes that practice is the fundamental way to realize the all-round development of man. A practical education is based on the professional theoretical knowledge acquired by students in the classroom. Without a theory as the basis, a practice is blind. Professional teachers need to increase students' innovative practical activities in and out of class, and develop students' passion for self-education. Practical activities are a form of practical education.Practice education requires not only to be based on practice, but also to always be open to practice. Adhering to the construction of a trinity of "professionalism, ideological and political, and innovative" teacher ethics and ethics can expand the function of ideological and political education in practice and education.
