ABSTRACT

In order to improve the quality of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, it is imperative to build the innovation and entrepreneurship platform in universities. To provide intellectual support for the college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, some researches on construction principles, construction measures and guarantee incentive system are carried out in this paper.
