ABSTRACT

The intensification of competition for career selection and the improvement of social needs make the employment of preschool education students in higher vocational colleges a difficult problem. Improving the quality of students majoring in preschool education in all aspects is not only conducive to better employment, but also has a positive impact on the future of children's education. Due to the congenital shortage of preschool education majors in higher vocational colleges, unreasonable curriculum settings, lack of training venues, etc., students need to be well adjusted between their career goals and social needs in order to adapt to the current background of pan-employment. Therefore, in terms of student quality, it is necessary to improve the entry threshold, advocate vocational education, set up relevant elective courses, increase the coverage of professional knowledge, and build a functional training venue; in terms of employment work, strengthen the ideological work of students and do a good job in the school teaching reform and good job guidance for students have also become the meaning of the title.
