ABSTRACT

With the continuous development of information technology, higher education has also begun to move towards the direction of information-based education. In order to better keep up with the pace of development of the times, college teachers have also started teaching innovations one after another. In this context, many new forms of education have emerged. In the current stage of higher education, the following two teaching modes are mainly at play, namely the traditional teaching mode and the online teaching mode. However, both models have their own advantages and disadvantages. Teachers should choose the appropriate education model based on the actual situation. The advantages and disadvantages of the two teaching modes are compared, and the new education form and the teaching management and evaluation mode under big data are discussed. The problems existing in online education are discussed in detail.
