ABSTRACT

Subject teaching is a kind of around issues as the centre, establishment situation, courses to stimulate students' learning, its main is to improve the students' science literacy, this way of teaching to make students become complicated and boring classroom interesting, by letting students participate in discussions to solve the problem and get inspired, form of the solution, Improve the ability to acquire knowledge independently. However, there are still some difficulties in the application of topic teaching in high school ideological and political education. Therefore, after analyzing and browsing relevant literature, I put forward solutions to these problems, mainly in order to cultivate students' subject core literacy through issue-based teaching.
