ABSTRACT

Since the 18th CPC National Congress, China has made historic achievements in socialist modernization, and socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. In this new historical position, college volunteer service has become an indispensable part of our social life, which is not only an effective carrier of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, but also plays an active role in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and harmonious society. Taking Ningxia University as an example, this paper analyzes the development status and common problems of college volunteer service at present, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the practical effect of college volunteer service, so as to promote the vigorous development of college volunteer service.
