ABSTRACT

With the development of education, more and more educational policies are issued. After the educational policies are issued, it is necessary to evaluate their performance. The policy issuing department should adjust the educational policy or provide reference suggestions for the forthcoming educational policy according to the results of the evaluation of educational policy performance. In this process, it is necessary to improve the system and procedural standards of the educational policy evaluation. Through the analysis of the existing literature, the characteristics of evaluation of educational policy performance are summarized. It is found that the participation of college students, the important audiences of educational policies, can not only improve the scientificity and rationality of educational policy, but also have positive significance for the innovation of student management methods. Promoting college students to participate in the evaluation process of educational policy performance can improve their comprehensive quality.
