The Northeast Anti-Japanese Alliance culture is the revolutionary culture precipitated in the practice process of the northeast resistance is inherited and created by the vast number of northeast revolutionaries in the White Mountains and black water between the excellent cultural achievements. In the new era, inheriting and carrying forward the culture of the Northeast Resistance League can help the cities in the northeast to improve the level of urban civilization, provide endogenous impetus for urban development and promote urban construction and development, which is a new way of thinking and path selection to empower the new development of cities.
