ABSTRACT

Professional certification is an internationally used evaluation standard for higher education personnel training. The establishment and improvement of the certification general standard and the implementation evaluation mechanism of the higher education in China are the inevitable requirements for the development of higher education modernization and world. We should establish the quality standard, deepen the understanding of the concept of professional certification, combine with the actual development of higher education in China, construct the talent cultivation and educational growth mechanism of professional certification from the objective, curriculum system, training mode and evaluation mechanism.
