With the popularization of higher education, the development of higher education classification becomes a systematic problem, which calls for necessary adjustment and improvement with regard to basic education,university entrance examination and enrollment,as well as break through in the application of human intelligence science. Its solution also requires true implementation of the law of "differentiated teaching for individuals", respect for the regular patterns of learning and the object of learning. It is the most encompassing science of education. We need to learn about people to know individuality, respect the law of learning to appropriately teach, respect for the law of technology to teach scientifically. Only scientific education, scientific administration, quality development, and genre development can lead to a satisfactory education for the people.
