Under the existing conditions, the agricultural product processing industry in Ji'an city is in the primary stage to be developed, and has not formed large-scale operation. In order to accelerate the rapid upgrading of agricultural products processing industry, it is necessary to fully combine the actual situation of agriculture in this city and fully understand the development stage of agricultural products industry. In this paper, based on the development status and predicament of agricultural product processing industry in Ji'an city, the upgrading strategy of agricultural product deep processing industry under the background of rural revitalization is constructed to provide important support for agricultural and rural modernization.
