ABSTRACT

The integration of sports and education points out the direction for the reform and development of physical education teaching in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities effectively carry out the exploration activities of physical education teaching, stimulate students' enthusiasm to participate in sports activities, improve the quality and level of physical education teaching, and promote the penetration of the integration of sports and education. This paper through the literature data method and other research methods, for the university physical education teaching research, find out the problems existing in the university physical education teaching, put forward practical and effective suggestions, for your reference.
