ABSTRACT

School-enterprise cooperation refers to the establishment of a joint method between colleges and enterprises, which can not only achieve the sharing of talents between schools and enterprises, but also promote the connection of colleges and industries and help enterprises to cultivate more targeted. Taking the management of documents and archives in higher vocational colleges as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of talents in school-enterprise cooperation, and proposes countermeasures for curriculum construction and reform, in order to provide reference for teaching workers.
