ABSTRACT

The construction of the famous class teacher's studio in higher vocational colleges is an important guarantee for the implementation of the task of establishing morality and cultivating people, and an important platform for improving the professional knowledge of class teachers. At the present stage, there are still obvious problems in the construction of famous class teacher studios in higher vocational colleges, such as the management of system and mechanism, the lack of joint efforts in cultivating students' learning ability, and the imperfect work operation system and evaluation mechanism. Based on this, taking the opportunity of improving the construction of famous class teachers' studios in higher vocational colleges, based on the characteristics of the construction of famous class teachers' studios, and putting forward new measures and new creation models in terms of school running mode and student training orientation, is the breakthrough in the current construction of famous class teachers' studios in higher vocational colleges.
