ABSTRACT

Chinese painting, as an important component of traditional Chinese culture, is one of the important forms of Chinese art, with a long history and unique aesthetic value. There are various forms of expression in Chinese painting, from traditional landscape painting and bird and flower painting to modern oil painting and watercolor painting, all of which have profound cultural heritage and artistic value. The aesthetic value and artistic characteristics of Chinese painting not only reflect the essence of Chinese traditional culture and profound humanism, but also reflect the unique views and feelings of Chinese artists on human nature, nature and the world. This paper will focus on exploring the aesthetic value and artistic characteristics of Chinese painting, in order to gain a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Chinese painting.
