ABSTRACT

The management of college students is an important component of college ideological and political work. In the current context of ideological pluralism and fragmented values, college student management needs to take more effective measures to strengthen ideological and political management and improve students' ideological and political quality. This is not only an inherent requirement of college education, but also an inevitable requirement for the construction and development of economic society. From the perspective of ideological and political management, this article explores strategies and measures for innovation in college student management, with a view to providing reference and reference for college student management.
