ABSTRACT

The new era has put forward higher standards and requirements for ideological and political education. Improving teachers' own quality and improving teachers' ideological and political ability in the curriculum will help to promote the realization of the goal of moral education. On this basis, teachers need to clarify the effective ways to improve their ideological and political literacy, and their responsibilities and missions. Young teachers, as the main force of cultivating excellent talents, improve the four qualities of teachers and play a key role in the education of students. This article analyzes the effective ways for young teachers to improve their own quality, and hopes to further promote the reform and development of current quality education.
