With the continuous development of education in China, more and more parents are paying attention to early childhood English education. Therefore, the exploration and improvement of talent cultivation models for preschool English teachers in vocational colleges is of great significance. This study, based on questionnaire surveys and on-site observations, explores the current situation and problems of talent cultivation for early childhood English teachers in vocational colleges, and proposes a series of relevant countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference and reference for further development in this field.
