ABSTRACT

With the development of society and the advancement of educational reform, clinical medicine education in vocational colleges is facing new challenges. In order to adapt to the needs of the times and the market, and promote the improvement of the quality of clinical medicine talent cultivation in vocational colleges, it is necessary to carry out teaching innovation work and build teams with innovative abilities and excellent teaching skills. This article explores the path of building a teaching innovation team for clinical medicine teachers in vocational colleges, and conducts in-depth discussions on it.
