ABSTRACT

The competition among enterprises is the competition of talents, and the competition of talents in modern enterprises is the competition of human resource management in the final analysis. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the human resource management problems of M-SH Company, and puts forward some countermeasures for human resources management of the company.
