ABSTRACT

The member of an organization is the core of management as well as the construction of kindergarten teachers who is the guarantee of kindergarten.One of the key factors is teaching quality and achieving sustainable development. At present, kindergarten in our province is facing some problems that are severe. The overall construction and management of teaching staff is progressing, but there is still much space to improve.The artcle states that it should take vision as the leading factor and teachers' morality as the soul and ability.
