ABSTRACT
Under the background of the reform of state-owned enterprises, the asset securitization of state-owned enterprises has a relatively strong practical significance. Although the securitization products have a 12-year history of development, in the process of state-owned enterprise asset securitization, the problem is still very prominent. The paper analyzes the problems existing in the asset securitization of state-owned enterprises and proposes some solutions.
